REFUND POLICY
You can return your items within 3 days of receiving your order.
Step 1: Request a Refund

Pickup: We will arrange a courier to pick up the item(s) from your location.
Step 2: Return & Inspection
Warehouse: We must first receive the item at our warehouse (this can take up to 7 days).
Final Inspection: Once received, we will carefully check all items. This is the step that decides if your refund is accepted.
To qualify for a refund, items must be: In perfect condition .Free of stains, odors, or signs of wear. In the original packaging.
If your refund is not accepted:

Leave it with us: You allow us to keep the item permanently.
EXCHANGE POLICY
You can exchange your items within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original condition.
